Millbrook Celebrates World Book Day – Alice in Wonderland

Today (3rd March), the whole school from Early Years up to Year 6 dressed up as characters from Alice in Wonderland to celebrate World Book Day – even the staff got involved!  At 9:00 the children paraded around the playground to show parents their fantastic costumes.


Nursery made jam sandwiches for their Mad Hatters Tea Party

  The rest of the school made jam tarts.


Even lessons had an Alice theme – Year two learnt about capacity.

The winners were given a £5 voucher to spend at the Book Fayre which is coming to
school on 16th March- Well done everyone!
