Employee Salary Information
At Bonneygrove and Millbrook Primary Federation, we are committed to being open and transparent about how public money is used.
The Department for Education requires maintained schools to publish information about any employees whose gross annual salary exceeds £100,000.
This information must be shown in £10,000 salary bands. Schools do not publish the name of the employee; the requirement is simply to show how many employees fall within each salary band.
This requirement supports financial transparency and accountability, enabling parents, carers, governors and the wider community to understand how public funding is being used.

Why Do We Publish This Information?
As maintained schools, Bonneygrove and Millbrook receive public funding.
The Department for Education therefore requires schools to provide clear financial information on their websites. This helps to ensure that:
- public money is managed transparently;
