It is a privilege to serve as Executive Headteacher of Bonneygrove and Millbrook Primary Schools. Across our federation, children and adults work together in harmony, united by high expectations, shared values and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of school life.

Our dedicated and highly skilled staff are committed to ensuring that every child is valued, inspired, safe and fully supported to achieve their very best. Our federation is proud of its strong culture of positive behaviour and attitudes to learning. Through a creatively connected curriculum, we ensure children develop secure foundations in reading, writing and mathematics, while applying these skills in meaningful and engaging contexts. Learning is enriched through workshops, themed curriculum days, educational visits and personalised provision where appropriate, ensuring every child can flourish.

Both of our schools benefit from unique and spacious environments, including extensive outdoor green spaces and dedicated woodland areas that enhance our commitment to outdoor learning and personal development.

We are also proud to work in close partnership with local schools in Cheshunt. Collaboration strengthens our provision and broadens opportunities for our pupils. By working together, sharing expertise and supporting one another, we are able to enhance educational experiences and ensure the very best opportunities and outcomes for the children in our community.

Partnership with parents and carers is equally important to us. We believe children thrive when home and school work together in a spirit of trust, honesty and mutual respect. Our governors play a vital role in this shared vision, providing strong support and challenge to ensure the highest standards in achievement, behaviour, safeguarding and financial stewardship.
