Task:

Create your own marble run!

Your task is to make a marble run that takes exactly 20 seconds for the marble to reach the bottom. The video below should give you a lot of ideas on how to construct your run.

You could use: 

  • Card
  • Paper
  • Straws
  • Plasticine
  • Blue tack
  • Lollypop sticks
  • Lego
  • Anything you can think of!

Remember: Adding friction will slow the marble enlightened

If you don't have a marble you can use anything small and ball shaped!

If you aren't able to build your maze today draw a plan of your maze instead, label all the features that will help slow the marble.
